MIL – Lisbon International Music Network is Portugal’s leading international showcase festival and conference, bringing together artists and music professionals from across Europe, Latin America and beyond. Combining live performances with a comprehensive programme of talks, networking activities and professional meetings, MIL has become a key platform for fostering international collaboration and strengthening global music networks.
At MIL 2026, WHY Portugal will coordinate the hosting of a delegation of French music professionals in partnership with the Centre National de la Musique (CNM), creating new opportunities for exchange between the Portuguese and French music sectors. In addition, WHY Portugal is responsible for curating selected conference sessions and networking activities, contributing to the event’s international programme and facilitating meaningful connections between delegates.
